Fall Honey Recipes

Pumpkin honey-butter

 

1 cup (8 oz)  butter, room temperature

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ginger            

¼ tsp allspice

¼ teaspoon nutmeg                

1/3 cup pumpkin      

4-6 Tablespoons honey, to taste               

Using a handheld mixer or a stand mixer, whip butter with spices and 1 Tablespoon pumpkin.

Add remaining pumpkin, whip, then add honey to taste.

Serve at room temperature.
